TV as a form of 'Show'

Other than live performances there are many of ways of ‘showing’ work, a popular way of show is TV. It is not as personal as live performances but it allows a lot wider and larger audiences than live performances. Although it is still not completely wider range as a lot of TV shows and channel are restricted to a country or national basis.

TV does not offer a personal interaction, such as cheering or talking to/for performers, although a benefit of watching television is that anyone can view it, there are no restrictions to amount of audience such as the amount of seats in a theatre venue.

Audiences also may prefer to watch shows on TV as they can watch it from home with having to actually go out to watch a show.
